Jennifer Cunningham has ten years of Human Resources experience working for both large and small companies. Throughout her career she has developed her ability to interact with internal and external clients with enthusiasm, humor, and professionalism.

Before joining Proteus Jennifer spent five years with Starwood Hotels; first as an HR generalist supporting corporate employees, and later coordinating leadership and training initiatives as a member of Starwoood’s Organizational Capability team. In both positions, she worked closely with all levels of management and experienced firsthand how effective teamwork and people development are central to an organization achieving its key goals.
While working as a HR manager for Peacock Cabinetry in Greenwich, CT, Jennifer’s responsibilities were broader. She served as a kind of one-stop shop for the people side of the business, handling recruitment and overall administration of the Human Resources function for 120 employees.
