Jennifer Sherman is a certified executive coach and corporate trainer specializing in supporting executives, managers and business owners to become more effective leaders, generate better business results, and derive more satisfaction from work and life. Combining over a decade of achievement in corporate marketing with the experience of running her own successful entrepreneurial business, she brings a deep understanding of the unique dynamics and challenges present in both environments.

She has helped a wide variety of individuals and teams unlock their true potential to achieve new levels of success. Her clients include executives and managers from CBS, NBC, Morgan Stanley, Empire Blue Cross, Kaiser Permanente and Martha Stewart, as well as start-up companies and entrepreneurial ventures. Her approach is grounded in the philosophy that when we challenge ourselves to grow as individuals, the impact both on us and on those around us can be extraordinary. Jennifer is also a highly engaging trainer and meeting facilitator, whose focus is on creating a lasting positive impact; new insights and changed behaviors. She has served as a keynote speaker on leadership, strategic visioning and goal setting at American Express, the New York State Restaurant Association, the National Association of Women Business Owners, and New York University.

Before becoming a coach, Jennifer served as Director of Marketing at USA Network, where her department’s programs drove record-breaking incremental revenue. In addition, she worked on the cross-functional teams at MasterCard responsible for the launch of the award-winning “Priceless” campaign, as well as on some of the most successful sports marketing programs in US history.
