Therese Miclot is the Practice Director of Proteus’ Building Skills and Knowledge area. She works with organizations to ensure their employees have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed, by supporting clients to build and then deliver Proteus’ practical, skill-based learning solutions.
Before joining Proteus, Therese held a number of leadership roles within Rockwell Automation. Most recently, she led the company’s global learning and development strategy. Therese was the ‘go-to’ person when strong Human Resource leadership was needed for key strategic initiatives – from designing the knowledge transfer process for a major global off-shoring project, to upgrading the people management capabilities of its leaders worldwide. Her ability to solve complex organizational challenges is grounded in both relationships and results: she has a gift for helping various stakeholders in a process or project discover their common goals and then work together to achieve them.
She’s worked with all levels of leadership – from senior executives to new people managers, in a variety of areas, including performance management, change management and leadership development. She’s coached hundreds of managers to help them become better at leading others and achieving results.
With a Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, she brings a disciplined approach to training implementation, while finding joy in creating practical and simple solutions to clients’ needs.
