Valrine Daley
Valrine Daley brings to her work with Proteus 20 years of experience in designing leadership development programs, assessing and coaching executives, and facilitating groups toward high-quality outcomes. Prior to becoming an independent consultant in these areas, she was the Practice Manager for Organization Development & Internal Coaching at Citigroup's Global and Corporate Investment Bank.
She also managed the organization development and training function at ABC/Disney, playing a key role in merging corporate cultures using novel diversity approaches. At Columbia University she developed and managed the college's leadership and service culture development initiatives. Her passion is designing and facilitating rich experiences for professionals to learn at work, drawing from a variety of innovative platforms and approaches.
Valrine's work with female professionals in the area of self-promotion and branding has received national recognition, including a mention in O Magazine, and she is a highly regarded speaker and facilitator for a wide array of organizations including Ford Motor Company, The Financial Women's Association, Citigroup and the YMCA of Harlem, New York.
Her current focus includes coaching senior executives through transitional environments, developing influence and negotiation skill programs for individual contributors, and coaching women at the crossroads of career and personal success.
Valrine and her family reside in Montclair, New Jersey.
