Individual Coaching

What: A one-on-one coaching approach that begins with confidential 360° pre-coaching interviews, followed by a fully customized two-day initial session. At the close of this session, coach and coachee create an agreement about how to work together going forward, including follow-up with the coach and key colleagues back at work.

Why: Individual coaching is designed to catalyze and support behavior change. Clients rely on the combination of 360° feedback, an intensive two-day session, and structured follow-up to provide individuals with the "escape velocity" they need to break unproductive habits and integrate new ways of working. The coachee gains a deep understanding of his or her strengths and growth areas, and the motivation to acquire new skills and knowledge to translate greater self-awareness into improved performance.

Who: Individual coaching is especially helpful to those who have recently been promoted into bigger jobs, those who have high potential but are somehow limiting their own success, and those who need to build or hone their management and/or teaming skills.
