Executive Development Seminar
What: A two-day, small-group practicum, where mid- to senior-level executives focus on their most problematic management challenges with the support of fellow participants and the instructor. Participants learn new ways to meet those challenges and receive individual follow-up support from the instructor.Why: Clients use the seminar approach to yield many of the benefits of individual coaching in a group setting. In addition, it promotes collaborative problem-solving and mutual support among an organization's executives.
