Executive Development Seminar

What: A two-day, small-group practicum, where mid- to senior-level executives focus on their most problematic management challenges with the support of fellow participants and the instructor. Participants learn new ways to meet those challenges and receive individual follow-up support from the instructor.

Why: Clients use the seminar approach to yield many of the benefits of individual coaching in a group setting. In addition, it promotes collaborative problem-solving and mutual support among an organization's executives.

Who: The Executive Development Seminar is useful to any executive who wants to learn new skills for addressing his or her particular management challenges. It is particularly useful in companies where mid-to-senior-level executives need to work well cross-functionally and where a strong team culture needs to be built.
