Standard Learning Solutions

What: Over the years we have designed a number of learning modules to meet a variety of learning needs. We recommend them as appropriate when, in our work with clients, it becomes clear that they have need of the specific skills and knowledge covered by one or more of these modules. We then decide with the client the most effective way to offer this learning to their employees. These standard (customizable) modules fall into three areas:

Encouraging Excellence: Skills for creating productive working relationships. These are core, multi-use skills, essential for dealing successfully with one's employees, peers, and managers.

Working in Teams: Skills for creating and maintaining high-functioning teams. The skills in this series are useful for individual team members as well as team leaders.

Telling and Selling the Company Story: Skills for creating mutually beneficial client relationships. This series focuses on helping customer service employees and sales people gain critical skills for satisfying customer needs.

Who: Each of these modules can be tailored for a variety of audiences; we work closely with our clients to make sure that this learning is offered to the right people, at the right time, in the right way.
