Clarifying Brand Attributes
What: A process for helping those responsible for branding an organization to create a simple, powerful expression of their brand. We work with our clients to understand their current brand--how they are now perceived--and to articulate their brand aspirations--how they want to be perceived. We then help them to identify a few emotionally resonant attributes that express the core of their brand aspiration, and work with them to build the needed understanding and support throughout the organization.Why: Clients use this process to identify the brand they want to create. It results in a clear and simple core brand expression that everyone in the organization can use in making marketing and product development decisions.
Who: Clarifying brand attributes is for groups and organizations that want to establish a clearer and more compelling brand identity, who feel that their current brand image is dated, confusing, not clearly agreed-upon within the organization, or not representative of their capabilities.
