Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that your plans may change. If you need to reschedule or cancel for any reason, you have several choices.

Let us know more than 10 business days before the start date of the workshop and you can:
  1. reschedule to another Proteus workshop within 12 months for a $55 administrative fee;
  2. transfer your registration to another participant for the same workshop in which you are registered for a $55 administrative fee;
  3. cancel your registration and receive a refund less a $100 administrative fee.
Let us know 10 business days or less before the workshop start date and you can make the same changes for a $150 administrative fee.

Participants who cancel without notifying us before the start of the workshop will forfeit their entire registration fee.
