Michelle Moser

Michelle Moser is a Client Experience team member, based in Proteus’ Minneapolis office. She has worked across various industries, and in a broad range of functional roles, including sales, finance, process-improvement and operations. The constant thread throughout her career has been a focus on delivering customer satisfaction. Michelle’s strong orientation to process helps to ensure a smooth and consistent experience for both internal and external clients. Her ability to flex and work across functions allows agility to respond quickly to client needs.

Michelle brings 15 years in account management and Lean Six Sigma training with Fortune 500 companies to her work with Proteus. This includes 10 years at Ecolab, where she worked in National Accounts and on cross-functional teams to bring people together to streamline processes and reduce waste. Before joining Proteus, Michelle also owned and operated Art of Strength Minnesota, a fitness studio, where she performed all the financial, operations, marketing, and human resource functions of the business. The breadth of her business experience, combined with her focus on the customer, means that she is continually working to find systems and approaches that strengthen the Proteus business while supporting our clients’ success.

Michelle has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and a Master’s Degree in Business from California State-Long Beach. Outside of work she is a fitness and health enthusiast with a passion for traveling, hiking, and photography.
